$15 helps 1 orphaned refugee from Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria, Africa, or Rohingya in Indonesia get school kits, trauma care & hope for a new future.
Across Indonesia today, hundreds of orphaned refugee children from Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, and Rohingya communities are living in limbo—displaced by war, separated from their families, and surrounded by uncertainty. Behind shelter walls in Jakarta, Batam, and Aceh, these children carry invisible scars: trauma, loss, and a deep need for safety and belonging.

UNHCR reports that over 12,000 refugees are currently registered in Indonesia, and nearly one-third are children—many of them orphaned and unaccompanied. The majority come from countries devastated by conflict and persecution. Since late 2023, over 38,000 Palestinian children have lost one or both parents due to ongoing violence. Many Rohingya children arrived alone after dangerous sea journeys. Others fled war zones in Syria and Afghanistan, now trying to rebuild their lives far from home.

Islam teaches us to stand beside the orphan. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said, “The one who cares for an orphan and I will be in Paradise like this,” and he held his two fingers together (Bukhari). The Qur’an says: “So do not oppress the orphan” (Surah Ad-Dhuha: 9).
This campaign invites you to extend that care to children who have lost everything. Your donation will help provide school supplies, trauma support, language classes, and daily essentials for orphaned refugee children now living in Indonesia. They need more than shelter—they need healing, opportunity, and hope.

With just $15, you can help a child return to learning, find emotional healing, and begin to rebuild their life. Our goal is to support 1,000 refugee orphans from Palestine, Afghanistan, Syria, Africa, and Rohingya communities, helping them grow with dignity and security.
They didn’t choose war. But today, we can choose to stand with them.
Because sometimes, the smallest gift becomes the greatest turning point.
"They didn’t choose to be orphans. But you can choose to stand with them. Donate today."
